If your visa has been declined and you have the right to appeal you can make a request to the IPT (Immigration and Protection Tribunal) to appeal against deportation / refugee or protected person / residency and on humanitarian basis. The appeals must be comprehensive with very good documentation and must be lodged within the set timeframes.
